If you have a question about your order please email orders@saddle-creek.com. We will answer emails in the order they are received. All emails will be answered within 24 hours, or by the next business day if the email is received on a weekend or holiday.

All online store orders will be sent within 2 business days.* Typically, however, orders are shipped the next business day. Once shipped, your order will take 1-10 business days to reach you depending on your location and shipping option chosen.

FAQ's


Q: I placed an order a few weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. Can you please resend my order?
A: USPS does not have guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 3-10 for international orders. UPS can have orders to you in 6 business days maximum, depending on where you live. Because of these average times, we must allow a grace period of one month for domestic orders and one and a half months for international orders. If this grace period has expired, email orders@saddle-creek.com

Q: When are orders shipped?
A: All orders will be shipped within 2 business days depending on volume and time of year. Any orders placed before 9am will be processed same day.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for online orders. You can also pay by cash, money order or check by mail order. These must be US currency. The latest order form can be found here.

Q: How much will shipping cost to ________ ?
A: Shipping charges vary depending on location and size of order. You will have an opportunity to review shipping options and charges before confirming your order.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: While we do ship to most countries, we currently do not ship to the following: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Ghana, and Nigeria.  Please note, this list is subject to change.

Q: I emailed orders@saddle-creek.com like I was told to do but have not heard back from Mr. Orders. What gives?
A: We try to answer all questions within 24 hours of receiving it. If you have not heard back after 24 hours, check your junk mail folder. Also, make sure to include a current email address.


Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: All orders take place over a secure server. Any information obtained during your purchase will be used only for order processing. We will not sell or distribute your information to any other companies. We do not store credit card information on our server. In addition, we use VeriSign technology which enables your browser to confirm Saddle Creek's identity before information is sent.

Q: Help! My watch stopped working. What do I do now?
A: Don't worry, you probably just need a new battery. Our watches require a 1.55 volt silver oxide battery that can be found at many national retailers and online. To replace the battery, remove the silver panel on the back of the watch (a small pocket knife will work well -- kids, ask your parents for help). remove the old battery and put the new one in.



SADDLE CREEK RETURN POLICY


All returns and exchanges must be made with in 30 days of the shipping date. Saddle Creek accepts returns on the following items:

- damaged CD’s, LP’s, and shirts
- unopened CD’s and LP’s
- unworn and unwashed shirts
- shirts must be able to be resold. We cannot accept shirts that have a stench or any other condition that would deem the shirt unsaleable.

We will credit your original method of payment less shipping charges

canada: $3 per shirt or CD, $6 per hoodie or LP
rest of world: $5 per shirt or CD, $10 per hoodie or LP

note: if we shipped you the wrong shirt or wrong size, we will cover the shipping.
